Cost of delivery

We ship your order within Germany climate-neutrally with DHL (small parcel including tracking). Outside of Germay we chose the shipping service provider depending on the country.
In accordance with §19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation), no VAT is charged on shipping costs.

Deliveries within Germany

Shipping costs: €3.99 per order
Free shipping for orders over €50.

Deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland

Shipping costs: €6.99 per order
For orders over €80, we offer free shipping.

Deliveries in other EU countries / outside the EU / worldwide

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery period is specified for the product, the following applies:
Germany: 2–5 business days after conclusion of the contract
EU countries: approx. 3–10 business days after conclusion of the contract
For advance payment, the delivery period begins once payment has been received in our bank account.
We strive to process your order immediately after receipt of payment and hand it over to DHL no later than the next business day.

Note on mixed orders:

If items with different delivery times are ordered, we will ship the entire order in a single shipment. The delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery period.
